I'd been mailing with Hydra for a long time and I started mailing with Herc too when he started ADBI (I would be Keeper of knowledge or something shagadelic like that). When some guy left IF and they where looking for members, I joined.

* Describe your history in the ZZT scene.
I searched for ZZT games on the web and I downloaded a couple. My collection started growing and then I downloaded King's Quest ZZT by Hydra. I thought it kicked all ass and mailed him, he mailed back and that's kinda how it started. I mailed him my first game (Rosewood Knight) and he beta-tested it. He kinda liked it (altough the graphics weren't that good ). I made Trist the elf (Zenith actually did a review on that one). I wasn't very busy finishing ZZT games, but I had a lot of ideas and games I started on. When IF lost a member, I sent in all that stuff and I joined IF. That's the story up 'till now.

* Who or what are the inspirations for your ZZT (or MegaZeux) work?
Hydra78, Booth, John Shipley, Blue Magus, Legend of Brandonia (who made that game?) and a lot of adventure games I played.

* How did you get into Interactive Fantasies?
Herc opened up some MZXer spots in IF, and I applied for one.

* Describe your history in the MegaZeux scene.
I got Megazeux in late summer 1998, and started playing Caverns, which r0x0r3d at the time. I downloaded a miniscule amount of games, and then I found MWorld. I upgraded my version of MZX, and I began to work with the editor. Slowly but steadily, my talents increased. In early 1999 I unveiled myself to the community with 2 games, under the name of Matty4529292. Later on, I changed my name to Thundercloud and got REALLY involved in the community. In spring 2000, I released my first game, Dynasty. from there on, I have been working on a substantial number of games.

* Who or what are the inspirations for your ZZT (or MegaZeux) work?
Inspiration? WHAT INSPIRATION? I just concoct ideas in my head and try them out. Occasionally I get hints from TV shows.

Number 42, as it's *, the meaning of life and everything!

* How did you get into Interactive Fantasies?
Well I had been in the community for a while, and after my company dissolved I was offered a place. Initially I said no since I was leaving the community. However latter I became active again and was offered again and this time I accepted.

* Describe your history in the ZZT scene.
I was never active in the scene because when I started zzt it was early in its infancy and I was not net savvy so I never checked to see if there was anything of a community.

* Who or what are the inspirations for your ZZT (or MegaZeux) work?
I was really inspired by the work of Autumn Dreams and Draconic Creations especially graphically, which is why I spent considerable time improving my own graphic work.

I don't delve into that area of bullsh*t. However Conspiracy Theory was a pretty damn good movie.

Well I kinda left IF before and now I'm back, but originally Thundercloud informed me of open spaces, so I just couldn't resist such a marvellous opportunity. :)

* Describe your history in the MegaZeux scene.
Pretty busy, I've made quite a few games since I joined and I've always tried my best to socialise with the rest of the community.

* Who or what are the inspirations for your ZZT (or MegaZeux) work?
Caverns of Zeux has been a big inspiration on my earlier titles, I now try to develop my own ideas and styles in mzx.

Herc was asking Draco and Rob_P In #Darkdigital if they had any good suggestions for IF members. So I shouted Fishfood and here I am :P. Of course, I have already made a few games and asked to join IF a few times in the past.

* Describe your history in the ZZT scene.
Hmm...I wondered around AOL for a while a made a big (But incredibly bad game) that got lost in the midsts of time. Then I met Viovis, who let me join his company, which at the time was owned by Baram Arrowen. I actually released a game after about a year, called ERA, and from then left ERI to form my own company with Igsel and Drag and Zam which was quite succesfull for a while...I came back to ERI but after realising I sucked at being a president I drifited around some more until PRESENT DAY.

* Who or what are the inspirations for your ZZT (or MegaZeux) work?
Hmm..I've played around with a lot of different genre's. I would like to think theres something of Viovis in hallucina, and Dark soul was very X-files like. But I'm sure im not the only one that watches a TV program or plays a game and thinks 'Wow, I could do that in ZZT!'

In my mind, they are all equal. FREEDOM FOR ASCII!

* How did you get into Interactive Fantasies?
The way I see it, I think it was just me being a complete annoyance to Herc... I kinda liked my graphics, and the only thing I've released so far is my art collection, that now that I look back on, isn't near as good as some of the stuff I've pumped out. (note, that does not include the 2000 24 hours of art.)

* Describe your history in the ZZT scene.
I got zzt several years ago, maybe 4 or 5. I never liked it, because I didn't discover STK, so I programmed temporarily with MegaZeux, which I soon quit and didn't touch either of them for about 3 or 4 years... I then discovered zzt.org, a neat little site with a bunch of games. I came into the community post-chaos and disorder. And stayed along with it, until showing my head by starting a company, Groundzero Interactive. Later though, I quite GZI and joined Eagle Rock Interactive, when Dragonlord was president. Even later then, I joined Interactive Fantasies. Welcome to the present.

* Who or what are the inspirations for your ZZT (or MegaZeux) work?
My inspirations outside of the community would be more along the lines of authors, such as Stephen King, and Orson Scott Card ( I wrote 2 games, now in the freezer, Ruin, and Negative Intentions, after his award winning, Enders game, and Speaker for the Dead, which is now most likely my favorite book.) Along movie-wise, Dark City, (IE. Dark Metropolis) Pulp Fiction, Event Horizon, The Matrix, From dusk till dawn, and The Green Mile. My inspirations inside the ZZT community, are Tseng, Blue Magus, Draco, and Ringworm.

I'm not sure what the number is, but it's a funky looking "F" so. IE. Freezerburn.

That the government are actually plotting to kill us all, and starting to rule the world by force of the military of which, it owns. Plus I also think that Kurt Cobain killed Tupac, in which The B.I.G hired Courtney to kill Kurt. In which, Courtney killed the B.I.G also.

I checked it out.. saw that it was pretty cool but I sucked badly.. I was getting "taught" by Eric Drobile (spelled wrong?) and Justin Sheetz (spelled wrong?).. I've been in some companys and was involved with some shit like the whole SoM thing.. heh .. I shouldn't talk about that now..ANYWAY..
