If the upload dialog's height is affected by the height of the browser viewport, it may make the lower controls on that dialog, most notably the Submit button, inaccessible or hard to access.
edit: This is reproducible in both Firefox- and Chromium-based browsers.

A fix for this is now up. I couldn't get a scrollbar that didn't look terrible, but I removed some unnecessary text and combined the screenshot fields into a single field that allows multiple selection (incidentally, you can now upload more than three screenshots during the record creation now). I also added some @media selectors to shrink the giant textareas when the iframe size is lowered due to a small window height, so the minimum vertical resolution for those to work should be much lower now. These fixes are also implemented in the Edit Record dialog (which unfortunately is even bigger).

Waiting on confirmation from T-Bone that this is fixed on his end.
