Thin lines, thick lines, thin arrows, thick arrows, and the
Lit Bomb animation should be doable—I assume this is most of what you want?
I'm not sure exactly how these should be exposed to the user. Just sticking them in the current UI at 128-159 etc. would be disruptive and would paginate badly, i.e. both sets of lines would cross page boundaries when ideally neither should. I suspect the answer is manually paginating the ID chars by category and having "Edit Chars" open a dialog with buttons to each category.

(For the ones that have a special display when set to character zero, it can display a asterisk in the "Edit Chars" menu, like it already displays a question mark when character 255 is selected for the ones that will use the parameter in that case.)
I'm not feeling particularly inclined to add UI fields for the IDs with special animations or with default ID chars of 255, but since these dialogs would be getting an overhaul, it might be possible to stick them in an "advanced" submenu with a warning message.
Putting this off until 2.94X so I have some more time to think about it, and since there's already too much to get done in 2.93X.
