In SDL2 MZX, attemping to use AltGr or deadkeys to produce 160-255 characters results in values like 43459 (Javanese Pada Andap). These combinations work properly in 2.84c with a CP-1252 or similar char set loaded (i.e. pressing AltGr+e in the character selection screen results in the é char being selected). There is literally no usefulness to this functionality for us, but I suspect that it's an SDL2 bug that should probably be fixed.

Confirmed that (at least, in Windows 10) this is indeed fixed by SDL 3. Whether or not this should actually be allowed again for codepoints 128-255 can be left for another issue.
