Bug or feature? (Hope it's a bug)
Explain this -
I got Windows 7 64 bit and tried this with multiple MZX versions 2.92c and on -
This happened in a new game. During runtime.
I load an MZM up onto the vlayer - it's there.
Then I load another MZM on top of it - and what do I get?
The first MZM was not overwritten by the second one,
except for the parts where the second MZM coincided with the area left outside the first one's bounding box!
I got the first MZM firmly standing OVER the second one.
I was attempting to use MZMs to make use of multiple vlayers,
as outlined in the 2.92c and on's help file,
and it didn't work - according to the help files, this behaviour is a bug!
Will you fix it in 2.96? Or, if it is a feature, can you tell me why it is in place?

I'm not sure I understand what the issue is: there is no behavior that I'm aware of, intentional or otherwise, that causes loaded MZMs to conditionally fail to load some characters but not others.
If you're using multiple sprites, you might want to check their draw order and make sure they're referencing the vlayer. You might also want to check that you used p02 as the parameter for both put Image_file commands.
If you can, please post a specific code example, MZM files, and/or MZX world that reproduces your issue.
