SEND "name|all" [TO] "label" →
SEND "name"|$string [TO] `label`
SEND ALL [TO] `label`

ALL is already a command word via MOVE ALL. There are also several places where filenames have also been replaced with identifiers instead of strings, but these need new commands.
"Let's just say I'm a GOOD hacker, AND virus maker. I'm sure you wouldn't like to pay for another PC would you?"
