In debytecode, LOAD_ROBOT loads legacy source code only, and there is no way to load debytecode source. This requires a new counter LOAD_SOURCE_FILE. SAVE_ROBOT and SAVE_BC fail silently, and should instead produce error messages.

This should be cleared up before string files are implemented.

The first half of this is fixed in GIT 467e2e5; LOAD_ROBOT loads legacy code and LOAD_SOURCE_FILE loads new code. Additionally, the robot editor's import robot menu can now import legacy code.

SAVE_ROBOT and SAVE_BC still lack helpful error messages.

Added helpful error messages to SAVE_ROBOT and SAVE_BC in GIT ef6acc1.
