Seriously, the whole Music+SFX+World format we've been using since before I took over the archive is now outdated, terrible, and cumbersome.

I'll be merging these all when we migrate the archive.

Okay, so the conversion script now aggregates ZIP resource information. All that's left is to write the shellscript that actually does the merge magic.

This is something I'm flagging as "NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED PRE-PRODUCTION" since it affects the way the archive is ported.

So like when you have a 60MB soundtrack and people bitch about it so you make a super low quality version for them that's only 10MB and you want the user to have the option of selecting which pack they want

This might not be bad to run on all of the old archive uploads, but multi-file functionality will be kept for large soundtracks and optional dependency files. As Internet speeds have gotten faster, MZX game music has gotten bigger : P

There isn't any real need to do this (MZX archive browser probably not necessary or this can be handled through its API when that happens; web player already can work with multiple archives) and it'd just mess with the historical packaging of these games. I'm going to just close this one.
