Split from the string comparison wildcards request. Basically, we'd add PCRE as a dependency (future reference: MSYS2 has it) and add some form of regex support for robotic—possibly IF operators, functions to allow substrings matches—and add functionality in the robot editor search, counter debugger search, and maybe help file search.
