To complement the set of bitwise operators MZX currently has, add matching logical operators.

This deserves further consideration for one point: short-circuiting with logical operators (which could be implemented without much work) would save counter lookups and thus possibly a lot of execution time if used correctly.

Feedback from users about Robotic seems to indicate that they generally find it unusable as-is and I doubt this feature would see use before debytecode (particularly with their awkward 'aa', 'oo' appearance). This can wait until 3.xx.
