When "TEST.SAV" is loaded using F4, it just loads the file like it should. When you press "L," the message displays again.

"Fixed" in 350bc91, but I want to do a cleaner job than this. Currently several different game loading implementations have a lot of common code, and LOAD_GAME was trying to use the world swapped flag to keep it out of counters.c, which it should be kept out of, but it should be using a flag specifically for loaded save games. The "fix" just adds a special case to the swap world flag that makes it skip JUSTENTERED for now.

Issue fixed in: GIT

Renamed the swap flag and cleaned it up slightly in GIT 24e8441. I think this is sufficient.
