I'm not sure exactly what this is supposed to be. It's a demo of what appears to be a Seiken Densetsu-style battle engine. Once I figured out how to activate my player robot (press a), I was able to move around. Pressing space, however, just stacked up a bunch of annoying SAMs saying, "Yes, my lord."
Combat appears to be "touch the enemy, touch the enemy, stop working." That's it. Other than that, big empty room syndrome abounds in all 6 boards (including victory, game over, and order plzkthx.)
It includes an order form in case you actually enjoyed the demo. You can get the full version, along with a bunch of other games that were never actually made.

War Arts is a mess. I can tell from the sound effects used that it's supposed to be a clone of Lordship. Except it only has three missions and is totally broken.

You press the A key to "select" troops for movement. Except it only works properly for knights, so if you run out of knights there's nothing left to do. If you defeat all the enemies, the game still doesn't advance. All you can do is play the boards separately in the editor. Also there's the loose end of the "400 coins left" that never gets addressed.

There wasn't even an attempt to make the graphics look nice. Nothing good in here at all.
