Nick Brick 2 is a platformer sequel from the first Nick Brick which mind you wasn't very good. This game is a massive step up from the first. The first section involves you flying around in the typical MZX game only you shoot lasers like in some MZX games. This section can be quite difficult and can be somewhat off putting to first players. The next section has you traversing through platformer segments, this is where the game shines. You have go through and operate several gimmicks while using a wide range weapons to take out some enemies. Its pretty interesting. After that you do a long section similar to my DoZ entry, Galaxy Slime. Its long and not very interesting at all. In fact it quickly becomes repetitive and boring really since most ofthe bosses at the end seem to be exactly the same too.
After that the last section has you doing the platforming section again. The game is nice though since it offers a large variety on how to play the game but really, the platforming sections are the only really interesting parts.

The graphics on other hand and are not quite so hot. They're pretty simplistic and quite bland. Mostly being shades of white or black (No racist jokes plz thnx).

The music isn't too great either, although most are hand made by the maker they're not really interesting, mostly being groaning like noises with the occasional "machine emitting steam" noise. Not really interesting at all but it suits the theme of the game I guess.

Overall this game is pretty good, this game would've been a legend if it weren't for Adlo actually, I recommend you give it a shot. Although since the graphics and music aren't quite so I guess I have to give it a 3 star as opposed to 4 instead.
