King Rat III is a dated and fairly terrible demo of a platformer. You play as King Rat III, and your subjects are planning to overthrow the throne, so you go on a quest through the sewers?
The control scheme is rather painful as the delete key is the jump button, while the up key is assigned to a rather useless "look up" feature. There are only three levels, but each of them manage to have at least something terribly awful in them. The first level is perhaps the worst of them all, as you have not only one width platforms and the possibility to slip up and fall from above, but to the right side of the first screenshot you'll notice some piping. To get up it, you must blindly jump it, which, when you have a single cycle to move left once you hit a ceiling, is rather irritating.
While it is an older megazeux game (1996), there isn't a whole lot going for it.
