This thing is just unbelievable. It's a non-interactive "preview" of Sivion. It consists of a single board that shows mock-up screens of what the vaporware game would roughly end up looking like.

The text accompanying these slides, though, is amazing. It's probably not intended to be funny, but it is anyway. Even though this thing is technically crap, it's very much worth checking out for the poorly spelled and confounding self-aggrandizing narration.
