Woo hoo! Another showcase of Unique demos that never got released as full games (actually, Hamlet from the first slideshow got released AND was followed with a sequel, and Fiona's Sepulcher had a single episode released), and this time, all three of them have screenshots. First up is Silent Order, a futury platformer game with an enclosed demo that I'll get to in a moment, followed by Halberd Destiny, which looks like an RPG of sorts, and lacks the pretty graphics of the other two games in this showcase, and finally, Fiona's Sepulcher, which was also plugged in the last slideshow, and has a battle demo enclosed. The company logo wasn't particularly pretty this time around, but it sure was... Unique. *sunglasses*

Silent Order had pretty graphics and very smooth animations, and the physics weren't as broken as they were in Hamlet, though the gravity's a bit harsh. Also, something I meant to bring up about Hamlet -- why the heck is the jumping key 'J'? Anyway, the demo was really short and only had two enemies, so there's not much more to write.

Fiona's Sepulcher had a decent looking RPG interface and, again, smooth animations. Another short demo, this time you only get to fight a single monster, and your only options are attack and run. The player and enemy movement is also quite slow.

All I can really say about these demos besides that is "Hey, these are cool, I guess," because they're way too short. Kids, if you're going to release demos of your games, make sure they have a fair amount of content, first, so the player can be submerged in the atmosphere of the game and therefore have a stronger want to play more. Also, if you release demos, actually complete your games for a change.
