    Greetings, everyone!

    Recently, MegaZeux and ZZT were mentioned in a guild chat message on one of the multi-user dungeons that I still play on, so I thought that I would look into them. I had never heard of either game engine, but quickly fell in love with the graphics which took me back on a nostalgia trip when I use to knock on BBS doors and play ANSI art games.

    I've been reading forum posts (yes, I've read the community rules, frequently asked questions and guidelines), as well as delving into the MegaZeux source on GitHub. I'm use to source diving, helps me get a better understanding on how software works.

    As of posting this, my user profile is a work in progress.. I was focused on fleshing out the interests section and didn't realize profiles on here also have an "about me tab". I plan to eventually fill out a complete profile, but I have to stop and consider how much I wish to share on here, so at your leisure stop by and view my profile if you wish to know more about me.. no pressure!

    I think I will enjoy my stay here and I'm stoked about creating content as well as playing content you've created. My MegaZeux journey starts now and I hope to make new friends along the way!

    Lastly, I'd like to give a shout-out to Lachesis and any other admin or moderator who took part in helping me get past that database error when I was trying to register on here. A guild friend allowed me to use her Discord to contact Lachesis and report the problem, which was in turn resolved within a couple hours and for this my heart gives thanks to everyone involved with helping me join this community!
