The renderer switching feature and failed renderer initialization on the Switch port will cause MegaZeux to exit, followed by a system crash.

The error on switching renderers:

WARNING: Failed to create window: Could not create vi layer: 0x272
WARNING: Failed to create window: Could not create vi layer: 0x272
WARNING: Failed to roll back video mode!
WARNING: Failed to create window: Could not create vi layer: 0x272
WARNING: Failed to set fallback video mode, aborting!

Could not create vi layer: 0x0272 is output from SDL_Error() when MZX attempts to create an SDL_Window. The number is a libnx error code, which translates to a "general error" in the vi module.

As a workaround, the former feature has been disabled for the Switch port and the latter shouldn't occur with the default renderer.
