Here is a new tutorial on robotic for beginners. And that puts me one step closer to the good stuff! I'm really excited to get to some topics that are a little closer to my heart, like sprites.
Currently working on Servo for MegaZeux, I hope to complete it by the middle of 2015? Who knows...

Do you think basic game type tutorials could be a potential thing? Like beginner's guides to making Adventure, RPG and Sidescroller games in Megazeux?

Yeah totally, I already had a tutorial in mind for sidescrollers. Those are my area of expertise, but I could probably make tutorials for adventure & rpg games, with a little research.

Cool! Yeah it doesn't need to be anything excessive. Just a basic overview of design guidelines of the given genre with DOs and DON'Ts.
