It's hard to edit the vlayer for SPRn_OFFSETed sprites within the Megazeux editor, because the vlayer editor and its character picker display everything in terms of the baseline 0-255 character set. It'd be easier to make extended-charset sprites if the editor UI could cosmetically apply a charset offset. (Maybe also when editing boards, in case of offset-but-not-vlayer sprites?)

If this were to be implemented, it'd be best to have hotkeys (or at bare minimum a by-fullset option in a menu) to move the offset by multiples of 256, as that'd be the the typical option the vast majority of the time. Plugin of offset numbers for the remaining cases would be best done in a menu. The debug window would be extended to display the currently active visual offset.
