I think ff9 has come out. Has anybody played it yet? Is it kewl? I am a BIG ff fan and would like to know if it is a awesome game. :)

enh, I dont think your missing out on MUCH, but thats my (biased) opinon. IMO ff9 is an ode to ff6 with a few more features, basically becuz theres only 4 menu items to choose from in it. Also, a cool new feature is "Equipping" abilities, a la FFT (only you can equip more and its based on a point system), you also get abilties from equipment and you learn them if you fight enough battles.

Its decent, all you FF will love it, but I'm not gonna buy it until its in the bargain bin.

Square has disappointed me too much..  their only decent products for the Playstation are SaGa Frontier 1&2..  the rest is OK, but not great..  ok, I liked Xenogears too.

Fuck Square though, I want Ys 6 and Sorcerian!  FALCOM!  DREAMCAST!

Is it just me, or are a lot of MZXers Sega fans? (Don't get me wrong, I'm one too, just that I like Nintendo too. Sony can go to #### for all I care. (In come the beruacrats...))

Look at my name, that should just tell you who I love...but yeah I am a Nintendo fan as well!!! I admit I have a PSX (I only bought it for the RPGs and Castlevania though!!!), I am getting an N64 soon as well (Smash Bros = best game ever, Mischief Makers is great too)... I am planning on Gamecube... Nintendo kicks ass, budget electronics companies and monopolistic software companies should NOT be making video games, and SEGA rules all!!!
