For example,

These will not work on Scrolls/Signs, as they assign the ''['' symbol to scrolls as interpereted via Robotic code:
[ "@7~0 Look, Reverse Text! "
will turn out wrong as: @7~0 Look, Reverse Text!

But, it currently works in Robotics:
% "@7~0 Look, Reverse Text! "
turns into the text: Look, Reverse Text! (color c70, Black on Grey)

Not sure how this is a bug? Did it work differently in 2.51? I mean, if it did used to work differently and we've got games that use formatting in scrolls obviously it's a bug, but otherwise the fix is just to not use scrolls and signs.

EDIT: Oh I see, it's a feature request. In that case, don't use scrolls/signs.

<Malwyn> Yes, yes. Don't worry I'd rather masturbate with broken glass than ask you for help again. :(

It is actually supposed to be a thing from the early (1.xx) versions of MegaZeux, but unfortunately never implented in v2.xx or above, and I liked that feature, too!

Here is what MegaZeux 1.x did:
!(Character) for attributes!

Here is what MegaZeux 2.x does instead (currently robots only):
@(Background)~(Foreground)

So It was not that big of a request, it's a long-needed workaround for a long-gone ability!

Yeah, I think maybe a robot would suit you better in this case. Scrolls and signs are mostly still around for compatibility reasons only.

Yeah, I think the official workaround is pretty much robots

Now I (and we deveopers) can use this in any scroll or sign I wish in the upcoming/future version of Megazeux (I heard it's 2.93 from what I heard from the twitter page!), Thanks!
