Now I wrote a program to read a MZM file as a picture. Only layer-mode MZM is supported; MZM2 and MZM3 is supported. You must also give the font filename, and optionally also palette.

This can be use with any program that can output a layer-mode MZM file, not only MegaZeux. (Later I might also make program to convert other way around, into layer-mode MZM, but currently I don't have.) Also, currently only screen mode 0 is implemented, but later might add other one also.

If you want to convert farbfeld images to MZM, we could add a loader for it to ccv.

ccv doesn't really have palette support right now, unfortunately.

If you do, ensure that it works even if the input isn't seekable; farbfeld pictures are rarely seekable. (It is most common to come from a pipe from stdin.)

Now I added also a program to write MZM too. It supports both using existing fonts/palettes and to make new fonts/palettes (and a combination, too, if you want to do). ffmzm.c
