The FPS segment works fine. There's nothing broken in it, as far as I can tell. Fast, too.

Having looked in the editor, the problem is with the Spy Guy 3 board. You end up trapped in the rightmost panel if you return from an adjacent board after completing the FPS. With no way to get out. Complete the segment through the FPS then try to return from the city board to the right. I think this is the only softlock in the game that I encountered that can't be blamed on the player.

Cleared it. I managed to find 245 boards. Nice work. Found a few bugs, but I was able to clear the game anyway.

    Bug report:
Third toy factory board has a broken camera robot or something. I couldn't see what I was doing and had to fumble my way across.
It's possible to get infinite white keys on the board north of north Candyland. This could cause problems with the limit of 16 keys.
I don't know if there are actually enough green keys to see all 250 boards. I didn't have one for the Aardvark Castle.
The board with the FPS can only be played once. If you go back afterwards, you're softlocked in the area with the big red portal.
This isn't necessarily a bug, but maybe push the lava on the board east of the starting board back a tile. It's very easy to land on it if you're holding the right arrow and approach the board from any row that isn't aligned with the center of the path.

In honor of your achievement, I pulled the trigger on an idea I had a few years ago: a version of Kill Lancer-X that can be beaten. Try this out.

I just completed the original release of the game, so demand for an in-progress patch just went up. I'll try it on balanced mode and see how that goes.

I'm finally starting to get good at the game. Or at least better. It's equal parts luck and skill. Your success is tied to rolls of the dice, but you still have to plan carefully or you'll never succeed. Like I said before, you have to be willing to die many times trying to find the best solutions. More so if you elected to play on one of the hard modes. It's true old school RPG difficulty.

The simplicity of the systems isn't necessarily a bad thing. You can make the next one more complex if you decide to continue making RPGs. There's more than enough going on here to keep the game interesting.
