With that out of the way, I have a minor thing or two to post about.

*FIRSTLY, I've noticed a lot of people posting several patches and updates for their released games. While this is certainly a good thing, there are a few aggravating things left out which would help all of us. PLEASE, releasers, find some form of version standard and USE it; don't just ignore version numbering. One of the very first pieces of advice I ever saw in the MZX world was myth's insistence on assigning version numbers to your MZX worlds; while you don't have to go out and use some AR form of version numbering like he did (q.v. Quest of Durin's version system) anything sane would work.
* SECONDLY, don't worry, Guy. I'll amend the list and archive to include your game once whatever problem you currently have is resolved. Same applies to anyone else who does a release within the next 24-48 hours.

When releasing an updated version of a game would it be best to include the version's numeric value in its file name? Or Should I just keep doing what I'm doing by simply displaying the version number in the title screen?

Also, thanks for updating the game.

It would be helpful if you could name the .zip file or something appropriately, so the uploader doesn't have to actually run the .MZX file to find out the version.

<Malwyn> Yes, yes. Don't worry I'd rather masturbate with broken glass than ask you for help again. :(

If I post an updated version of a game that is actually inferior and more buggy than the previous version because I can no longer remember how to program megazeux, should the version number be lower or should it be higher and preceded by an irritated looking smiley face?

Either the "versin numbr 1.29 x_X;;" or the "MOONWALK REMIX" approach is acceptable!
