I dunno, we don't have one. Our toilet is just a small room, with the bog roll on the windowledge. No room for a holder without it being in the way of the door, or person sitting on it. Like this

We've got a translucent window, a tub/shower with me/a skeleton inside, a towel rack, a big gray radiator, some mirrors and shit, I forgot the sink in the big part on the left, the gray hamper which usually has toilet paper on it because we're too lazy to bother putting it on the thing next to the toilet.
