* Es finds he has a distaste for all white, creamy foods, including milk, mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, ricotta cheese, alfredo sauce, and ranch dressing.
* Es cannot abide touching anything sticky, especially maple syrup (he actually likes the taste, but won't eat it because it gets everywhere.)
* Es once created an IRC channel, #flyingteapot on irc.esper.net around 2005-2006, for discussion of creative or artistic endeavors. It flopped.
* Es enjoys a rabid dislike of "indie" rock.
* Es used to be known as "Sancho" among some of his high school and church friends, a nickname originating in high school Spanish classes. This ended abruptly and mysteriously after a single visit to his church by Tixus, who at that time also claimed ownership of "Sancho".

Community History

Esdemo1 discovered MegaZeux while he was in middle school, thanks to a quick spot at the end of a "Zelda" ZZT game downloaded from AOL circa 1998. He made a few games for his own amusement and that of his friends, and eventually joined up with the greater community in 1999 by joining Square of MegaZeux (SoM), led by Akwende, along with the central forum, mWorld, and some of the IRC channels of the time.

Esdemo1 contributed to the SoM split, forming Mindforge Interactive with Diamond and others. When mWorld was experiencing problems with trolling in 2000, he encouraged others to join new community hub DigitalMZX, where he eventually became an administrator. Es served as an operator on community IRC channel #MZX for awhile, mostly during Diamond's ownership, before leaving the channel (and eventually IRC itself, in May of 2006, as he felt it was taking up too much of his time.)
