Still Water is a MegaZeux built-in element. Still Water is a special floor that Fish can move on top of. Still Water can not be overwritten with Floor or Fire by an Explosion, and it immediately extinguishes any Fire placed on top of it (such as those left by Shooting Fire). Still Water is left when Fire melts Ice. Sharks are incapable of moving on Still Water, but can move in Lava and Goop.
N Water, S Water, E Water, and W Water are effectively identical to Still Water, except they move the Player in their respective direction if the Player is standing on them at the start of the cycle.
The relative resilience of Still Water to being overwritten and few other side effects makes it a useful candidate for having its ID char set to 255. This effectively makes it a Custom* thing and allows it to represent a variety of other types of floors, such as save points.
