The topics were '''Insanity''' and '''Time Travel''', and the games were judged by [[Insidious]] and [[CJA]]. Originally, [[duvel]] was slated to judge, with [[Wervyn]] as a backup judge, but both failed to submit sheets and dropped out by default. The majority of the games were well received to some degree; the sole exception was [[Giel]]'s contribution, which heavily copied content from (at minimum) Cans, KM's Univers III, Engine 2, Hobo Dan, Drop 3, and Chrono Wars (via mikawo's converter). Initially [[Giel]] was also charged with 'contempt of competition', however this charge was later reversed by the host after an appeal based on the intended interpretation of the rule was made in the results thread. | ||
