Their first DoZ entry, "Wither" (2002), was a flop, resulting in a 10th place. After this came the [[2002 Dualstream Week of Zeux]], being a disappointment, and with only 2 other teams competing, the Finnards won the competition with their game called "Drastic Crusade". Half a year later they finished 4th in [[Newyear Dualstream Day of Zeux Q4 2002]] with "Larry the Junkie", in 2003 they failed again with "Depravity", but finally won the DoZ in 2004 with "Idiopolis" (which was later on released under Interactive Fantasies, slightly modified and fixed).

In the next Day of Zeux competition they got frustrated and gave up early. Although [[Jauhis]] released "Call of Caethrath" in 2004 under IF, but this could not fully restore their lost interest in Megazeux. They continued to troll the DigitalMZX and had some game projects, with no results though.

Jauhis left the boards in silence, and in 2005 Galladin moved out of Finland to live with his girlfriend in Spain.

In the [[Christmas 2006 Dualstream Day of Zeux]] Galladin and Jauhis surprisingly finished 2nd with "The Red Giant".

Nowadays, Jester still visits the Digiboards but has no interest in MZX itself, Jauhis has got nostalgic as of late and might release his unfinished games some day, and Galladin still continues with his endless (and maybe hopeless? ;)) ongoing MZX projects. All of the Finnards are still friends in real life.

The "Finnards" is the collective name for the Finnish MegaZeuxers Galladin, Jester, and Jauhis. Other Finnish MegaZeuxers exist (such as Ghent and Leper_Mess) but the Finnards knew each other in real life and often worked together.

History

The Finnards joined the MZX community and DigitalMZX boards in 2002, and formed their MZX company called Rune Creations. The only game released under Rune Creations was the demo version of "Dungeons of Kalborn". In 2003 Jester and Galladin joined the Interactive Fantasies, shortly followed by Jauhis. While in IF, they released 3 finished games; Zombie Quest, Call of Caethrath, and a remake of Idiopolis.
